Brighton and Hove is one of the few cities in the country where more people are travelling by bus each year.
One reason is the co-operation between Brighton and Hove Buses and the city council.
Bus lanes have been created in the centre to help make the service speedy and reliable.
Now the new parking restrictions have helped give buses an easier path along streets such as Western Road in Hove.
Today, transport experts are touring the busiest routes in a bus, noting offenders who park at stops.
But instead of giving them a parking ticket, they will leave a bus ticket in the hope that next time these drivers will cut congestion and travel by public transport.
It's a great idea and just the ticket.
