Police are trying to discover the identity of a man found collapsed in the street.
The man, who is 6ft 2in tall and of Middle Eastern appearance, was found slumped in Portland Road, Hove, opposite Hove Methodist Church at 8.30pm yesterday.
He was wearing a black jacket and white T-shirt.
A member of the public made a 999 call fearing the man had had an epileptic fit.
He was taken to the intensive care unit at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, where he is today recovering.
