Four Britons were arrested at Gatwick Airport after a stun gun and knives were allegedly found in their luggage.
The men, aged 17 to 21, were also said to have a knuckle duster and mace spray following a Customs inspection at the airport's South Terminal on Saturday.
They had arrived from Orlando, Florida.
The four, from Redhill and Reigate, were arrested and taken to Crawley police station.
Three were cautioned and one, a 21-year-old from Redhill, was charged with being in possession of two knives.
He is due appear before Crawley magistrates next week.
