In reply to John Tatum (Letters, November 2), the comedienne he refers to was Dorothy Summers.
It's That Man Again (Itma) produced a whole host of catchphrases in its time.
Mrs Mop, the charlady, used to enter saying, in a marvellous, rasping voice, "Can I do you now, sir?"
Colonel Chinstrap's catchphrase was "I don't mind if I do", while Sam's catch-phrase was "Boss, boss, sumtin' terrible's happened".
The spy exited with the phrase "I go, I come back".
The Al Read Show produced "Right monkey" and "You've met 'em - I'll say you've met 'em".
