Sylvia Linney is one of Brighton and Hove Albion's most ardent fans and has been supporting the Seagulls for 75 years.
But it was a real treat when assistant manager Bob Booker and Matt Hicks from the club turned up at her home in Hove to deliver her lunch as part of Meals On Wheels week.
Meals On Wheels is an invaluable service and by publicising it, the two Albion men proved, as usual, they're really on the ball.
