Midnight Communications has won a contract with Nasdaq-listed Netegrity, a US e-business software company.
The Brighton-based technology public relations company beat off three other consultancies to win the five-figure account to handle Netegrity's UK PR campaign.
Midnight director Vicki Hughes said: "Netegrity has been at the forefront of securely managing e-business.
"We are looking forward to raising its profile among its key audience of Global 2000 companies in this country and other large e-commerce operations."
Netegrity's has more than 480 customers worldwide, including American Express, British Telecom, E*Trade and General Electric.
