I have been living in the Brighton and Hove area for only two years or so but I have been astonished by the number of alleged illegal immigrants I have come across.

I have also been absolutely amazed many of them are actually working for various agencies, particularly industrial and catering agencies, having provided false details of passports, and that they do not even need proof of a national insurance number.

When was this problem last investigated by the relevant authorities? It should be held in the highest priority, considering the current terrorist climate.

How often are the various employment agencies investigated? There appears to be little or no control over the problem whatsoever.
