As a regular visitor to the recreation ground in Fort Road, Newhaven, I must comment on the disgusting state it has been allowed to get into.

It is amazing children are expected to play where dogs are running loose and persistently fouling the footpaths and grass. It would certainly benefit from a visit from the dog warden to catch the owners of these animals, which are causing a serious health hazard.
