Children are being warned not to eat a type of sweet which has caused choking deaths.
Trading standards bosses in East Sussex have asked distributors and wholesalers to withdraw mini fruit gel sweets containing konjac.
They say the sweets have caused several deaths around the world.
The sweets have a number of brand names, including ABC Mini Fruit Bites, New Choice Mini Fruit Gels and Rolin Mango Jelly Cup.
Trading standards officials are visiting wholesalers and cash and carry stores.
East Sussex county councillor Meg Stroude said: "We want parents to be alert to the potential risk."
