Runners claim they are missing vital training because Albion are playing too many matches at Withdean on Tuesday evenings.
Brighton and Hove Athletics Club said members were being penalised because so many games had been scheduled on the nights it meets.
Running coach Donald Gater, who trains the club's female middle-distance runners, said tonight would be the third evening the club had lost so far this season and another two Tuesday matches were scheduled for February.
He said the problem tended to worsen as the backlog of games built up.
Mr Gater said: "We have had this before. About three years ago they played eight Tuesdays on the trot and it devastated the club.
"If the impact is on the same club again and again it is just not fair."
Brighton and Hove Council, which owns the stadium, said it was aware of the concerns and would be meeting Albion officials to discuss them.
A spokesman said only eight Tuesday evening games had been scheduled so far and the council would look for a spread.
He said: "We have to recognise that the Albion also have to get their scheduling cleared by opposing clubs and the FA.
"But we are looking for an even spread of Albion games on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We will be underlining this to the Albion."
