Five thousand Ecstasy tablets worth £25,000 have been found in a police raid on a home in Brighton.
The pills - the largest seizure in Brighton and Hove in a year - were discovered in bags in a bedroom.
Yesterday's raid in Montpelier Place resulted in the arrest of a man and woman, both in their 20s.
They were helping with inquiries at the John Street police station today.
Detective Sergeant Peter Smith, of Brighton CID, said more drugs raids were being planned.
He said: "We have had some excellent results in our crackdown on dealers in recent months and our efforts will continue.
"This is a relentless effort to bring those who peddle in death to justice."
He urged anyone with information to call the police on 0845 6070999 or the confidential Crimestoppers hotline on 0800 555111.
