How wrong he is. My ex-neighbour was imprisoned for four months after his year-long campaign of threats and verbal abuse. He is a manic depressive, schizophrenic alcoholic who, without adequate supervision, did not take his medication properly.
Care in the community does not work. Clifford Williams, too, was blinded after suffering a brutal attack by a paranoid schizophrenic. Need I go on?
