Passing by an amusement arcade recently, my attention was caught by this sign and I could not help admiring the light-hearted way in which the serious message had been put across.

I am sure I am not alone in frequently noticing signs that are unusual in one way or another.

Some are unintentionally amusing, while others are destined to bring a smile.

The ambiguous sign is not uncommon and, in some cases, it would be positively dangerous to follow the instructions given.

Perhaps other readers could send in their own amusing signs they have come across?
