Plans to build almost 100 houses on the site of the old King and Barnes brewery in Horsham look set to get the go-ahead tonight.
The proposals are for 92 homes and offices with a car park on the site in The Bishopric.
Horsham District Council looked at the plans in November 2001 and councillors liked the design, but put off making a decision because they had worries about the materials to be used.
They also heard residents' concerns about the need for proper screening and access.
The revised plans have been recommended for approval.
