It's all very simple, you know. How many people do you know that live in threes in a two-bedroom flat in a multi-storey occupancy with less than two floors and with more than one flat, which makes several?
Exactly none, I would imagine, and that is exactly what Des Turner meant (Letters, February 2).
These loopy bureaucrats make rules which can only apply to their own distorted views of reality and which take an equally loopy person, such as I, to decipher and explain.
