Birds which can fly upside down have made a return to Sussex.
Birdwatchers are getting excited by the return of ravens, which have started breeding in the county for the first time in more than five decades.
The raven is one of the few birds that can roll, tumble and even fly upside down.
Two breeding pairs have been spotted in the Sussex countryside.
Populations of the raven, an icon of English folklore, declined during the last century.
Many were shot by farmers who wrongly thought they were a threat to lambs.
