A Goring man whose boat was stolen from his front garden is appealing to anyone who may have seen it.
Gary Moore, of Goring Way, relied on the £12,000 inflatable boat for diving trips.
It was last used during a charity leap into the River Arun on New Year's Day. A photograph of the boat was published in The Argus.
Mr Moore, a keen diver, said: "I was gutted when the boat was stolen. I was quite attached to it.
"My wife, Kay, told me it had disappeared. I couldn't believe anyone would steal a boat which sat on my front lawn in wheel clamps for ten years."
He said he hoped someone may have seen it.
It is a Cobra rib-hulled inflatable boat with a Suzuki engine, model number 200, on a four-wheeled twin-axle trailer. It is 6.4 metres long with the wheel clamps.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "This is an expensive boat. We would ask anyone who knows anything about it to contact us."
Anyone with information about the boat, stolen on January 25 or 26, should call 0845 6070999.
