Burgess Hill are bolstering their squad for the run-in to the season.
The County League leaders, who are also in the quarter finals of the FA Vase, have taken former Bognor right back Andy Walker on loan from Eastbourne Borough.
Former Hillians midfielder Leo Day has signed County League forms at Leylands Park, although he will continue to play for Withdean. Hillians have an arrangement over players with Withdean, where Dave Stevens is currently on loan.
Manager Gary Croydon is also tracking one other notable signing.
Croydon said: "With the long term injury to Sean Edwards and the loss of Scott Langridge (to Three Bridges), we need to make sure we are covered in all areas. It is typical Burgess Hill. We are not sitting back."
Meanwhile, the Hillians are making plans for their FA Vase game with either Taunton Town or Tiptree United at Leylands Park on March 2.
With a gate in excess of 2,000 expected, the club will be erecting a temporary 500-seater stand and are also organising a park and ride scheme.
They will also be continuing an idea which they used against Porthleven last Saturday when local schoolchildren were given free admission.
"We want to make it a big day for the town, for the club and for Sussex football. We want to show that we are switched on."
Goalkeeper John Byatt has returned to action for Littlehampton.
Byatt has not played for ten months following a knee operation but he recently returned to training and was due for a run-out for the reserves today.
Redhill striker Glen Barlow is delaying a knee operation so that he can see out the season at Kiln Brow.
Barlow has scored 13 goals in 11 games since joining Redhill and has agreed to wait until the end of the season for an operation to clean out his cartilage.
Shinewater Association have signed a fourth player from Bexhill Town. The arrival of goalkeeper David Browning follows the recent signings of Rob Warner, Jason Hopkinson and Mark Simpson. Goalkeeper Kusha Movaffagh has moved in the opposite direction.
Eastbourne United have also allowed a couple of players to join Shinewater. Lewis Fry and Neil Hodgson have moved after failing to command first team places at The Oval.
