I take back what I said about Brighton and Hove City Council and NCP being inefficient.
They have sent me a fine for a ticket I allegedly received last July saying I now have to pay £90 for parking outside my house with a permit displayed.
Two days later, I received a letter telling me why the ticket had been issued. But I can't honestly say what I was doing at 14.28 on July 8 last year so what defence do I have?
The fact remains I never saw a ticket and that they don't know what they are doing if they give me a permit to display my right to park and a ticket to say I was breaking the law.
