Don't leave it too late to book for the biggest annual business event in Sussex.
The Sussex Enterprise annual conference attracts more than 700 delegates from businesses across the county.
This year's event, Sussex Means Business, is at the Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park, Eastbourne, on March 21.
Inspirational speaker Chris Moon will address the conference on planning for a successful future and draw on his personal experience as an example of overcoming obstacles to success.
The former army officer lost his right arm and leg when he was blown up by a landmine in Mozambique but refused to allow the disability to narrow his horizons.
Less than a year after leaving hospital, he completed the London Marathon and has subsequently run many of the toughest marathons in the world to support charities assisting the disabled.
Sussex Enterprise chief executive Ken Caldwell said: "Chris has many years'
experience inspiring business audiences around the world to achieve their goals, both personally and in business.
"He will talk about the parallels he has experienced managing and training a team of bomb disposal experts in Cambodia and running his own consultancy company MTB in the UK.
"He will also tell anecdotes from his extraordinary life, which includes surviving kidnapping by the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia.
"Anyone listening to Chris cannot fail to be moved, motivated and entertained."
Karen Silk, founder and chief executive of Burgess Hill-based Capital International HR Solutions, will present a keynote speech at the conference. Her company specialises in placing skilled information technology staff with companies across Europe.
She will tell how she developed the company to become one of the top 50 fastest-growing in the country and demonstrate how creating a family-friendly workplace and developing a strong customer service focus has helped to build the business."
Host for the day, television presenter Fred Dinenage, will introduce the speakers and chair a Question Time-style session between the panel of speakers and delegates.
Mr Caldwell said: "Delegates can make valuable contacts and there will be plenty of opportunities for them to talk to our business advisers."
