Seaford and Pulborough look to have the Sussex Two titles sewn up.
Pete Joy's Seaford team are well clear in the East after beating Robertsbridge 38-5.
The leaders conceded an early try before James Anderson (2), Simon Baker, Roy Lewis, Lee Pryor and Bruce Carron went over. Andy Booth kicked three conversions and Baker added one.
Burgess Hill thrashed Plumpton 79-5 with tries from John Philpot (2), Gary Butcher (2), Justin Carrick (2), Dave Bridgeman, Simon Perry, Brad Stow, Adam Rezazadeh, Jon Maple, Adam Lane and the impressive Paul Howes.
Old Brightonians' clash with Ditchling was postponed when the referee failed to arrive. Ditchling skipper Nick Maslen took charge of a friendly which OBs won 35-5.
Pulborough's crown in the West was more or less clinched when they won 24-3 at closest rivals Royal and Sun Alliance.
All the points came in the first half. Tries came from Ed Rydon (2), Pete Bennett and Matt Hunt. Richard Walters added two conversions.
Skipper Will Lawes said: "I am really pleased for the boys. They have put a lot of work in this year."
Shoreham had a 27-3 success over Barns Green as Ian Trevis (2), Ben Shalders and Mark Kent got over. Gary Howorth kicked two conversions and a penalty.
Norfolk Arms were 34-0 winners at Arun and Midhurst beat BA Wingspan 22-12, helped by tries from David Thorne and Ben Oakes.Army (at Brighton RFC).
