People who want to celebrate The Queen's Golden Jubilee in Mid Sussex can hold street parties free of charge.
Mid Sussex District Council is dropping the fees to close roads or obtain an entertainments licence.
From June 1 to 9 there will be no charges and revellers can have free use of recreational land for jubilee events.
Council leader Christine Field said: "A historic event such as this is the ideal opportunity for communities to come together and celebrate."
Applications for street closures will be accepted up to 21 days before the event.
Application forms and street closure details are available from Christine Wicks on 01444 477390.
Information on entertainment licences is available from Paul Stedman on 01444 477294.
