A woman who said she was forced to resign from her job because of a leering colleague lost her claim for sexual discrimination.
Office worker Jacqueline Marks, of Marine Parade, Worthing, made the claim against Boustead International Heaters, Southwick, at an employment tribunal.
She said she was sexually harassed by colleague Barry Evans who, she claimed, looked at her breasts constantly.
She also accused him of making sexual remarks. She resigned in March last year.
The company denied she was sexually harassed.
During the two-day hearing Mr Evans, a shipping co-ordinator, said he believed he had got on well with Ms Marks and had never intended to cause her any distress.
After the hearing, a company spokesman said: "We are pleased with the outcome of this hearing and the fact that Mr Evans has been totally vindicated of any claims of sexual harassment by a unanimous decision of the employment tribunal."
The tribunal ruled no sexual harassment had taken place.
