How wonderful the past few days have been with us all thinking about nothing but our Queen's Golden Jubilee, which seemed to be over all too soon, especially for all of us who remember her Coronation and what we were doing at the time.
I was sad to see Camilla Parker-Bowles was not on the Palace balcony.
This quiet, unassuming, caring, charming, lovely ladyfriend of Prince Charles, who has stood by him through thick and thin knowing one day they will be together for always, should have been there at his side now Her Majesty has accepted her into the family as a friend.
I wish them all the luck in the future when Charles becomes our king, as he surely will some day. Camilla will be a wonderful companion to him, whatever title she takes.
