More than 50 members of a hunt will hold a vigil outside the House of Commons against anti-hunting legislation.
The members of the Crawley and Horsham Hunt will provide a constant presence at the vigil for 24 hours and expect numbers to swell when Tony Blair arrives for Prime Minister's question time on Wednesday.
After 24 hours, the members will deliver a petition to Downing Street and the New Forest Hunt will take over the vigil.
Anthony Sanderman, farmer and master of the Crawley and Horsham Hunt, said: "We are making sure politicians know how strongly we feel about our way of life."
The vigil began on May 15 and will continue, with hunts from around the country, until September 22 when thousands of people will gather for the Liberty and Livelihood march.
They will protest against a ban on hunting, which they argue would affect many country people in West Sussex.
