A £1 million housing scheme has provided ten low-cost homes, including two which have been adapted for disabled people.
The development in North Road, Lancing, includes seven three-bedroom family homes and one three-bedroom home with wheelchair access.
The project is a partnership between the Guinness Trust, West Sussex County Council and Adur District Council.
All the houses are now being occupied by tenants who were on Adur's housing register.
Guinness Trust housing manager Rob Mills said: "We have been pleased to work in partnership with Adur and West Sussex in providing much-needed accommodation for local people."
Adur community services chairman Paul Graysmark said: "The council is always happy to see new low-cost homes built.
"We are delighted we have been able to help families with housing needs into new homes."
