Since the World Cup match between England and Argentina, my inbox has been flooded with tee-hee mails.
Comedy images of the bag-clasping Argentinians, adverts of little dogs being volleyed into bus stops and football-inspired photos fresh from the pages of Brazilian Playboy.
Now, although I take my hat off to the creators of these virtual gags, the funniest email I received this month was actually completely non-football related and came from my dear old mum.
It was a link to possibly the world's campiest internet site - www.jane-mcdonald.
Most will know Jane as the down-to-earth star of fly-on-the-wall documentary The Cruise. Loved by the nation, the Wakefield lass went on to host TV talent show Star For A Night and even perform in Las Vegas.
While her career is admirable, her official web site is quite frankly laughable.
The tackiness begins the minute the home page starts loading.
Giant purple stars swirl uncontrollably as Jane glides centre screen.
If you're not dazzled by her silver frock and diamond clusters, you'll see Jane strike a true diva pose.
With her arms thrown up to the heavens, she is bathed in a shower of tiny stars which tumble from her finger tips and nestle in her big glossy hair.
Although an empire of gaudiness, you can't help but warm to Jane and her web site equivalent to a festive box of Milk Tray.
In fact, her site is so naff, after ten spangly minutes, it becomes so bad, it's actually good.
There are a couple of site highlights.
One is a blurry photo under Jane's Gallery. It shows two concert posters, both crossed with sold-out stickers. One poster advertises Jane's concert and the other a Status Quo gig.
This was obviously all the proof Jane needed that she had hit the big time.
Another classic feature is a quote from Jane talking about her Ibiza anthem.
"It's a funky version of the Diana Ross Ain't No Mountain High Enough. It's going down a storm wherever it is played.
I feel really proud that I am on the verge of having a cool club hit."
This official site is a tongue-in-cheek celebration of the Jane McDonald phenomena.
Jane plays along with the kitschness and even prints a message to her fans saying "I love you all. God, I'm camp, aren't I?"
Yes you are Jane - but we love you for it.
