MY late grandparents, Mr and Mrs E Vine, lived in the 1900s in the area which is now Brighton Marina, originally part of Black Rock called Riflebut Road, with the Abergavenny public house, a bakery and creamery and, adjoining this road, Blackrock Cottages.
I wonder if anybody has any black and white photographs of this area? I would be grateful to hear from them.
