Again, I write in despair at the state of Warleigh Road. On arriving home from a weekend away, I found the pavement stacked with refuse outside one property.
Please bear in mind this waste is not all bagged and some is blown around in the street by the wind. There are also numerous cans of paint and other chemicals - hardly safe for the children.
The last time I contacted Brighton and Hove City Council about the same issue in this street, there where rats roaming around at night.
I also suggest the council sends letters to all residents of Warleigh Road advising them where the tips are and on what day refuse is collected.
I like this city and wish the council did. It seems to care about how it looks for tourists only. You never see this type of mess for days on end in the centre.
