Antique shop owner Derek Wallace, whose property could soon to be bulldozed, is convinced he saw a spectre dressed in a black cloak.

He has always dismissed rumours of ghostly goings-on but is now a believer, saying reports of supernatural happenings have increased in recent months.

It seems the ghost is worried its favourite haunt is about to become history and he may have to make alternative arrangements.
