A series of car crashes caused huge tailbacks on the A27 today.
There was a two-car accident on the Falmer stretch westbound at 7.20am. There were no injuries.
Two people were taken to Sussex County Hospital with minor injuries after a two-car collision at the junction of the A23 and A27 at 7.30am.
There was a four-car pile-up on the A27 eastbound carriageway at 7.56am. There were no injuries.
