Glynde lost at home to Linton Park in the last 32 of the National Village Knockout.
The Sussex champions could only muster 141 in reply to Linton Park's 204-7.
The Kent champions built a formidable total from their 40 overs, thanks largely to a second wicket partnership of 123 between David Castle (69) and Dan Thirball (60).
For Glynde, 15-year-old Sam Adams was the pick of the bowling with 3-42.
Glynde made a useful start in reply, putting on 39 for the first wicket, but the loss of opener Dominic Shepheard for 19 proved to be big blow.
At 68-2 aft er20 overs, they were always going to be up against it and a clatter of wickets which reduced them to 94-6 ended any hope of victory.
Gary Baker top-scored with 32 and Darren Howard added 19.
