A teenage motorcyclist was seriously hurt when his machine was in collision with a Land Rover near Chichester.
The 19-year-old rider is in hospital after being thrown from his Yamaha in Fordwater Road, Lavant, near Chichester.
Police said the Land Rover was involved in a wing mirror collision with a white van moments before.
The van driver did not stop.
