The article about Bob Bodle was wonderful (The Argus, July 9).
It was absolutely right he should be treated as the star of the evening. We are so privileged to have had such men devote their lives to protecting us.
It should be mandatory in schools that children meet and learn about such everyday heroes because soon they will all be gone. Thank you, Mr Bodle, and all our military heroes.
