A Sussex software company has won a £1.1 million deal with one of the world's biggest telecoms firms.
Q-Labs Software Engineering, a provider of out- and in-sourcing software, has signed an agreement with a division of Ericsson.
The contract with Ericsson Ireland covers work in the business communications sector, all of which will be moved to Burgess Hill-based Q-Labs.
Vice president Mark Benjamin said: "Securing this deal, despite the current market conditions, shows the appreciation of Q-Labs'
strong position in high-quality software development and testing."
The contract will run until at least the end of November and utilise about 30 of Q-Labs'
software engineers.
