Like Mrs Bolingbroke (Letters, July 12), my 93-year-old mother-in-law had a card put through her door from the Post Office saying it had a package awaiting her collection on payment of 92p.
Obviously, she wondered and worried what it could be.
Luckily, I was able to go to collect it and found it to be a brochure from her nephew.
He had put two first-class stamps on it - an underpayment of 12p. The 80p was a handling charge.
