The parents of a teenage boy who went missing at Fatboy Slim's beach party today made a tearful plea for him to return home.
Police are worried about 15-year-old Luis Felipe Souza-Peters, who has not been seen since the event on Saturday.
His parents, Nigel and Oldecy, are baffled by his disappearance and say it is out of character for their son to disappear for so long without contacting them.
Luis went to Brighton seafront with a friend and his friend's parents but separated from them shortly before 9pm, saying he was going to phone home.
His parents say he tried to call them several times and eventually got through before his money ran out.
They waited for him to return home to Wickhurst Rise, Portslade, but he failed to arrive.
The keen footballer plays for Adur Athletics and is a pupil at Hove Park Upper School.
He may have been spotted by a schoolteacher at 5pm on Sunday but has not been seen since.
His mother, known to friends as Sil, begged Luis to call home and tell her he is safe.
She said: "I'm not sleeping very well and I cry a lot. I pray all the time. We miss him and we love him.
"If someone sees him or knows where he is please contact the police.
"I don't know whether he thinks he is going to get told off or something but I want to tell him I am not angry with him. He is not going to get told off. I just want him back.
"If he is with someone I ask that person to please let him come back because it's not fair someone else taking my son for such a long time.
"He is only 15 and I would never let anyone of that age stay at my house for more than two days without reporting it."
Luis' father Nigel said: "He has run away a couple of times before but only for a night and every time he has called us. He wanted to go to the show but we told him to be back early because he had to go to work at the Thistle Hotel the next morning at 6am.
"I think he wanted to stay for longer and maybe he was worried he would be told off for being late. I think he was trying to contact me to pick him up.
"We are getting more and more worried. None of his school friends know where he has gone."
Luis, who has an older sister living in Brazil, a nine-year-old stepbrother and a baby sister, is 5ft 6in, and has brown eyes and black spiked hair.
