It was interesting to see a photo of the eyesore at the bottom corner of Edward Street opposite Brighton Pavilion (The Argus, July 13).
Perhaps someone in authority could explain why the building on the junction of Pavilion Parade and Prince's Street, opposite the Pavilion (Brighton's major attraction), is still in such a dilapidated state after probably ten years or more?
This prime-site location must be worth a fortune and is being used as a pigeon coop. Please do something about it.
