A man who fantasised about having sex with young girls admitted making and sending a hoard of indecent pictures.
Gordon Nickson, 64, pleaded guilty to 17 counts of making indecent photos of children and five counts of distributing.
Eastbourne Magistrates Court heard police raided his home in Sorrel Drive, Eastbourne, on April 21.
Computer equipment was seized and a hoard of pictures with young girls involved in sex acts was found.
When quizzed by police, Nickson admitted distributing and storing the images.
Simon Allen, prosecuting, said Nickson sent the obscene pictures via email to other paedophiles.
Magistrates ordered him to be sent to Lewes Crown Court for sentencing at a date to be fixed.
Nickson was granted unconditional bail.
