A teenage boy was sexually assaulted in public toilets in Lancing.
The 14-year-old was followed into the block near the Methodist Church in South Street.
He felt uncomfortable and left but returned a few minutes later.
Once again, the man followed him and tried to start a conversation, before carrying out the sexual assault.
The attacker was elderly, thin and with a light sun tan.
He had very short white hair and wore thin-framed glasses, green shorts and along sleeved blue jumper with a logo.
The assault took place shortly after 5.30pm on July 18.
