The second woman found dead at Beachy Head was today named by police.
Sandy Watts, 53, was believed to have been suffering from depression before she was found off the 500ft cliffs near Eastbourne on July 19.
Ms Watts, also known as Sarah Blake, of South Street, Eastbourne, was believed to have been bound and gagged.
Her body was found close to another woman's body, that of Elizabeth Taylor, 39, of Bedford Grove, Eastbourne.
Married Mrs Taylor was a gifted artist who illustrated the republished books by renowned author Enid Blyton. Police initially treated the discovery of the bodies as suspicious but ruled out foul play following investigations.
A Sussex Police spokesman said it was a "tragic coincidence" both bodies were discovered at the same time.
An inquest on Ms Watts has been opened and adjourned.
The coroner's officer is continuing inquiries.
