Volunteers from teenagers to pensioners are needed to help run the largest free music and arts festival in the South.
About 60,000 people are expected at the Rox Music and Arts Festival at Fontwell Racecourse, near Chichester, on August 17 and 18.
The event offers a wide range of live music performances, from classical to rock, on three stages.
There will also be a fringe festival including workshops and a fashion show.
Among the volunteer jobs on offer are production and stage managers, arts co-ordinators, marshalls, publicity teams, fashion show designers and models.
The over-50s are particularly being urged to get involved by a Home Office-backed project lending its support to the Rox.
The Experience Corps has been set up to encourage older people to use their skills for community benefit.
A spokesman said: "Help is needed from all ages.
The Rox festival relies upon volunteers to maintain its original vision of offering free live music to the wider community."
Anyone interested in helping should contact Mervyn Sams at The Experience Corps on 07786 934400 or e-mail mervyn.sams@experience-corps.co.uk.
