Gatwick-based Times Right Marketing has kicked off its expansion programme with four new appointments.
John Gallie has been appointed creative director.
In the last 15 years, he has won a number of awards for design and art direction and worked for several leading agencies with clients including Shell, BP, UDV and Triumph International.
Alan Knight, who becomes head of strategic development, was responsible for launching Blockbuster Video in the UK.
David Balko moves from London where he worked for two of the top ten agencies.
Rupert Pluck, who has worked for Ogilvy and Mather, also joins the company.
Managing director Trevor Inch said: "I wanted to ensure we have a top-notch team in place to help manage the growth and strategic direction of the business."
