An internet caf chain has been told to pay more than £100,000 for allowing customers to burn music onto CDs.
easyInternetCaf let the British Phonographic Industry examine its hard drives but said the assessment of how much music was being downloaded and burned was not accurate.
It could go to court if the two sides can't agree.
