Glamour model Jordan may have to have her hand amputated to cure her cancer.
Jordan, real name Katie Price, was given the news after undergoing a two-hour operation to clear the aggressive cancer from her hand.
The new mum, who lives in Brighton with her blind son Harvey, has been diagnosed with the rare form of cancer leiomyosarcoma.
Her manicurist discovered a lump on her left index finger and tests showed it was malignant.
The shocked model said: "My specialist Mr Williams really frightened me. He told me if the malignant lump continues to come back he'll have to cut my hand off.
"If all else fails it's the only way to make sure the cancer won't spread.
"The only way it will show properly is as a lump so I'll just have to look out for them.
"The reason they told me about the amputation possibility is because the lump was found near lymph glands, the most dangerous place.
"It's a horrible thought, losing your hand but if it's to save my life what else can I do?
"It's the worst-case scenario but can't be ruled out and I'm not so vain as to say no. I'd just have to hold my arm behind my back when I'm modelling.
"It has changed my outlook and made me realise how life is precious."
