Two policemen were hurt during a car chase through a residential area.
The officers suffered minor injuries when their patrol car was rammed by a Metro.
The car was followed by police for 15 miles during the 20-minute pursuit.
The blue Metro had earlier been reported stolen from Caple Court in St Leonards just before midnight on Friday.
Minutes later PC Dan Pitcher and PC Andrew Huggett spotted it on nearby Albany Road and gave chase.
At one point the officers managed to get in front of the Metro but were rammed out of the way.
The chase continued to Crowhurst and back through Sidley until the officers managed to stop the car in Little Common Road, Bexhill.
Two boys aged 14 and 15 were arrested.
Both officers suffered whiplash injuries and PC Huggett suffered a broken bone in his foot.
