The Crawley side, who finished third behind Eagles III and West Blatchington, amassed a whopping 403-6 at bottom club Blackstone thanks to Balraj (176) and Kartik (123).
Blackstone were all out for 63.
Victorious skipper Viren Patel said: "The team were absolutely brilliant. To score so many runs in any league is a tremendous achievement. It was a good send off for Balraj who is leaving to go to Australia.
"We are going to go for the title again next season. Our run-scoring has been excellent and will be up there challenging for the title in a year's time.
"We will learn from our mistakes, we got off to a slow start this season and it really cost us."
Palmers pulled off a surprise five-wicket win at home to champions Crawley Eagles III to finish in the top half of the table.
