Albion could be boosted by the return of striker Paul Kitson for Saturday's trip to fellow strugglers Millwall.

Kitson was due to resume full training today after ten days out with a hamstring injury.

Manager Martin Hinshelwood revealed: "The hamstring injury is related to his back, which he had a problem with at West Ham.

"He has been having treatment from a specialist in London who knows him from his West Ham days."

The injury forced Kitson off at half time on his home debut in the 2-0 defeat by Walsall.

He missed last Saturday's defeat at leaders Portsmouth and the return of the 31-year-old for the visit to the Den would be a big tonic for the Seagulls' depleted attack.

Bobby Zamora (knee) and Gary Hart (ankle) are still sidelined and new loan signing Graham Barrett is on Republic of Ireland under 21 duty.

Youngsters Daniel Marney and Shaun Wilkinson are the only recognised front men available to Hinshelwood, who will be hoping Kitson comes through training today unscathed.
