When Brighton and Hove City Councillors discuss the traffic congestion-cutting wish-list (The Argus, August 29), they might first like to consider refusing schemes that will generate yet more congestion, for instance the supermarket with a 194-space car park on the Brighton station site and the proposal for high-tech offices employing up to 700 people on the Patcham Court Farm site, which is ill-served by public transport.
