Ringmer made light work of their trip to Arundel producing a fine performance to win 3-0.
The result left Ringmer assistant manager Adam Brown joking: "We were soaking up the pressure while Glenn was soaking up the sun".
Manager Glenn Burvill missed the game as he was on holiday in Rhodes and it appears he missed a treat as Grant Bean, Chris Brown and Leighton Allen, with a superb chip, found the net.
Brown said: "The lads took a lot of stick after the 4-0 defeat last Saturday against Westfield in the League Cup but they were fantastic today."
Chichester also had a good win as they defeated visitors Hailsham 5-2 as Matt Smith (two), Jamie Laidlaw, Mark Jackson and an own goal steered them to victory. Peter Cooper and Ross Southwood replied.
Chi boss Adie Girdler said: "We were on an unbeaten run of eight games when we lost last week but hopefully now we can use this as a platform for another winning run."
Littlehampton's problems continued but Sidley ended a poor run of five defeats as they enjoyed a 6-0 romp against the side holding up the division.
Shae Spreafico scored twice while Graham Morris (penalty), Russell Eldridge, Lee Wood and joint-boss Peter Heritage joined him on the scoresheet.
Joint-manager Glenn Sully said: "It is nice to see a smile on the lads' faces again. I am pleased with the result but we am not getting carried away."
